You really want to live there in a grid down scenario? These people are nuts. Move to Duluth because it is "climate proof"? LMAO! How long is the growing season? The average high temperature in January in Duluth is 22°F. The average low is 7°F. It goes down to -15°F. Even if the most dire predictions of temperature increase by the end of the century come true, Duluth will still be cold as hell in January of 2099.
