Good List, with detailed explanation by the author on why the items are even on the list. The author specifically does NOT include things like gear or food, explained at the end.
Compare your present set of stockpiled items and make a decision to add (or remove) something from your stock. This would also be a good time to rotate old stock.

I liked it because of the awareness of how long and how tiring normal everyday tasks are if you don't have machines to do the work. Washing clothes is an excellent example. It uses a LOT of water, a lot of physical effort , and dripping wet clothes take much longer to dry than ones either spinned out in a washing machine or put through a mangle or press.
