Do you stock drink mixes? I usually like to stock the Gatorade powder while I still have some left it is getting impossible to find it to replenish. What do you stock? I stock coffee, black tea as well as dried herbs for teas, protein powder, Kool-aid, powdered Gatorade, powdered milk and powder chocolate for cocoa. I also stock some powdered broth mixes, soups and some boullion cubes. I ran across this article on drink mixes that I found interesting. I did not think to stock fiber powder. theprepperjournal.com/2018/10/30/prepper-must-haves-drink-mixes/

Green coffee beans, which properly stored have an indefinite shelf life, and powdered milk, which I keep in the freezer. The clock on the powdered milk's shelf life begins when I lose electricity. I don't drink tea or sugar water.

I store whole milk powder. It lasts for about a year past the use-by date then goes rancid. This is in factory sealed tins with a thick aluminum seal which are just stored on the shelf. In any SHTF situation I would add as much non-fat milk powder as I could buy if possible.
I have tried various electrolytes over the years to reduce cramping due to excess sweating but none have been very good. They either produce nausea or diarrhea. I tried XS Electrolyte Plus recently after a spell of hot weather and it seemed OK. Needs more testing.
I also store quite a few 'cup-a-soup's. These are single soup sachets which just need boiling water added. They are also useful as flavoring in rice, pasta and potatoes.

I have always had problems with leg cramps going back to middle school. There is a product here called "Hyland's Leg Cramps" that seems to help. Full Disclosure: No, I have not performed any double blind randomized clinical trials

A word of caution about Hyland's Leg Cramps... One of the active ingredients is Cinchona Officinalis, which is a natural source of Quinine. If you are sensitive to quinine, they you should not take it.
