It's a good list, but..... I have to take issue with it, it's not really representative. Maybe it's a cultural thing, or a man thing but the list is nothing like I experienced at the beginning of lockdown, which to be honest has been the first societal SHTF I've known. So my list would be as follows in order of disappearance...
Toilet paper Kitchen roll Paracetamol Bread Potatoes Pasta Frozen food Freezers Rice Tinned food Flour Raising agents Yeast Baking ingredients (dried fruit, chocolate chips, chopped nuts etc) Seeds Compost Decking boards Timber Sheds Preserving equipment
There are probably a lot more things I could add, but these are the noticeable items.

I would agree with you on all of these I think maybe it is a women's perspective vs a mans in many cases. The difference is what I have seen in the past was that most shortages I personally had experienced were due to weather events. Blizzards, ice storms and hurricanes in which you knew once they got the roads cleared they would restock. In the most recent shortages in many cases there has been no restocking.
