Guys, we in the UK can now buy bulk powdered whole egg for baking and cooking from Hoosier Hill Farm of Indiana, its got a two year shelf life and comes in a 2kg bag. BUT we cannot fing out how long we can keep the resealable bag once it has been opened, Can anyone please advise??

The best dried egg I've ever used is from International egg. It's a British firm and they will happily answer any questions you may have. I've been using their products for some years.
