He's pretty good about what to do when it comes to cleaning the lines.in which it looks like i might have to do that with one of my heaters.

One of my Buddy heaters is having that exact problems. It's not as bad as the one in the video, but the pilot flame doesn't quite reach the sensor. I have been putting something under one side of the heater to tilt it slightly.

Your welcome..i was having the same issue with one of mine.and that's why that video got posted. especially seeing how i figure others are having the same issue.plus i messaged me heater twice about it.1st time before i joined their site.2nd time after i joined it.that was at least 3 or 4 months ago.that haven't got back in touch with me. My issue cleared up on me thoe.
